We have considerable retail planning expertise in preparing Retail Assessments and sequential site assessments for convenience and comparison retail proposals. We have acted on behalf of national foodstore operators and property companies in preparing retail capacity and impact assessments.

We also prepare Retail Capacity Assessments for Local Authorities to help inform development plan policy and assist in the determination of retail planning applications.
